Stavanger has a great selection of restaurants for every preference and taste. From one and two star
Michelin restaurants to popular chain restaurants with nice food. Many of them are located in the inner
part of Vågen, the harbour in Stavanger. Here you will find the chain restaurants Egon and Olivia in the
same building. Right in front of them, in the glassbuilding almost on the water is Fisketorget seafood
restaurant.
In the old buildings at the eastern side of Vågen, you will find everything from 7Eleven and Burger King
to pubs and bars, nightclubs, luxury restaurants many with outdoor areas. In the parallel side street
Skagen even more restaurants and bars. Further on along Vågen, almost to the tip of the peninsula, you
will find two star Michelin restaurant Re-Naa and up towards Sølvberget is Fargegaten with all its cafes
and restaurants and several nice restaurants all over the pedestrian area here.
